With over five years of HR experience, she has built high-performing teams, driven organisational effectiveness, and advised leadership on key people matters. Prior to this, she worked with a pan-African Fintech company, strengthening HR functions at both country and global levels to support business scaling.

Maureen holds a CHRP certification, is a member of IHRM, and is pursuing a BCom in Human Resource Management at KCA University. She also brings a background in public relations, enriching her HR practice with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

He specialises in macroeconomic analysis, fixed income research, equity valuation, financial statement analysis, and investment strategy, serving both retail and institutional investors with actionable recommendations and market insights.

In his current role, Teddy leads the firm’s research function, overseeing market intelligence, economic commentary, and company valuations. His analysis on market developments and investment trends is regularly featured across various media platforms.

Naomi operates across the full transaction lifecycle, with deep execution capabilities in deal origination, comprehensive due diligence, and financial structuring. Her technical expertise centers on building and stress-testing complex corporate financial models, driving rigorous valuation analyses, and crafting institutional-grade investor materials. She is recognized for translating intricate market and financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from KCA University and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®). Naomi is keen on leveraging capital markets, structured finance, and fintech innovations to mobilize institutional capital and drive inclusive economic growth across the continent.
