Nairobi, Kenya – 8 July 2026– Rock Investment Bank (RIB) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), marking a major milestone in the Bank’s commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
The certificate was presented today by Eng. Zachariah Lukorito, Director Standards Development and Trade on behalf of the Managing Director during a certification ceremony held at Rock Investment Bank’s headquarters in Nairobi. The internationally recognized certification confirms that the Bank’s quality management systems meet the rigorous requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
