Mark Nduati is a people-focused Human Resource professional with experience in driving talent acquisition excellence, employee relations, and HR operations.

Throughout his career, Mark has led end-to-end recruitment, built talent pipelines, and championed for HR process improvements. He brings a collaborative stakeholder management approach, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand their unique people needs designing smart hiring processes, implementing HR technology that simplifies work, and navigating employee relations with transparency and fairness.

He is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Moi University. He is also a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), where he remains engaged with the broader HR community.
