Angeline Kilemi is a finance and investment professional with over four years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, financial due diligence, valuation, and audit. Throughout her career, she has advised businesses across diverse industries on strategic financial decisions, helping clients navigate complex transactions, improve operational performance, and create long-term value.

Before joining the team, Angeline served as a Senior Advisory Associate at KPMG East Africa, where she worked on financial due diligence, business restructuring, financial feasibility assessments, and strategic financial modelling. Prior to KPMG, she held assurance advisory roles at PwC Kenya and RSM East Africa, building extensive experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, valuations, and mergers and acquisitions support.

Angeline is also a graduate of the Dream VC Launch into Venture Capital Fellowship, where she gained hands on experience sourcing and evaluating early-stage African startups, conducting investment due diligence, and developing valuation models for high-growth technology companies. Her passion lies at the intersection of finance, investing, and innovation, with a particular interest in Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

She holds a First Class Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Strathmore University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K). Angeline is excited to bring her analytical expertise, collaborative approach, and passion for creating impact to her new role, and looks forward to contributing to the team’s success.
