ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Upper Second-Class or equivalent).
- Finance, Economics, or quantitative disciplines preferred.
- Master’s or MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduated within the last 12 months.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
PHASE 1: FOUNDATION & INDUCTION (WEEKS 1-4)
- Orientation, markets, and firm culture.
- Financial modelling training.
- Product knowledge (M&A, DCM, ECM).
- Simulated client pitch.
PHASE 2:DESK IMMERSION(WEEKS 5-8)
- Placement into live deal teams.
- Ownership of real workstreams.
- Participation in client calls.
- Mid-programme performance review.
PHASE 3:EVALUATION & PLACEMENT(WEEKS 9-12)
- Advanced deal involvement.
- Cross-desk exposure.
- Final transaction project.
- Full-time offer decisions.
