Janice Muriuki is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya serving as Assistant Legal and Compliance Officer at Rock Investment Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and has completed a Certificate in Introduction to Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She brings experience in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on supporting organisations in meeting their legal and compliance obligations.

Throughout her legal career, Janice has advised on commercial transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, regulatory matters, legal risk management, and company secretarial functions. Her experience has equipped her with a practical understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which financial institutions operate.
